Less standing around.
More getting it sorted.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

A returning customer should not have to explain everything again.

A collection visit, a new repair enquiry and a support conversation need different attention. Help the reception team direct each arrival while keeping previous service notes close at hand.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more
clarity.

Does AdoQ track repair jobs and spare parts?

No. It manages the queue and staff-entered visit records. It is not an inventory system, repair work-order engine or warranty management platform.

Can we call people customers instead of patients?

Yes. Configure the terminology, ID prefix, custom fields and branding to fit your organization.

A clear fit starts with a clear scope.

Payment entries are records, not online payment processing. Repair tracking, stock control and warranty automation are not included. The current trial is a test environment: use fictional information only.
