More counters.
Fewer loose ends.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

A patient moves between teams. Their context should move with them.

Registration is busy while another counter is waiting. A patient needs the next service point, and staff need to know what has already happened. Shared queue visibility makes those handovers easier to coordinate.

FROM DAILY FRICTION TO A CLEARER FLOW

Where AdoQ helps.

Practical tools for the moments your team handles every day.

01 / THE CHALLENGE

Every counter has a different picture

WITH ADOQ

Bring the service queues together

Give operations staff a view of active queues and waiting visitors. Counter staff can focus on the queue they are handling.

02 / THE CHALLENGE

Patients are redirected without a clear handover

WITH ADOQ

Transfer the visit to the next queue

Move a patient between service queues while keeping their record and visit context available to authorized staff.

03 / THE CHALLENGE

It is difficult to review a busy shift

WITH ADOQ

Look back at activity, not recollections

Filter visit and staff reports by date and review recorded actions in audit logs. Feature availability depends on the selected plan.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more
clarity.

Does this replace our hospital information system?

No. AdoQ focuses on queues, visit records and consultation workflows. It is not a complete hospital information system, pharmacy or inpatient management system.

Does it automatically prioritize medical emergencies?

No. Clinical urgency must be assessed and handled by qualified staff under your hospital’s protocols. AdoQ does not perform clinical triage.

A clear fit starts with a clear scope.

Designed for outpatient queue coordination, not emergency prioritization, inpatient care or a replacement for a hospital information system. The current trial is a test environment: use fictional information only.
