Start with comparable subscription scope
Write down the number of staff who need access, expected daily visitors, services or queues, locations and reporting requirements. Ask which limits apply to the quoted package and how a larger requirement is priced.
A monthly subscription and a yearly commitment are not directly interchangeable. An annual total divided by twelve is a comparison figure, not necessarily an available monthly payment. Confirm billing currency, invoicing terms and applicable taxes in the written quote.
Ado Q’s published INR plans
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing |
|---|---|---|
| Foundational | ₹2,500/month | ₹25,000/year |
| Growth | ₹5,000/month | ₹50,000/year |
| Scale | ₹10,000/month | ₹100,000/year |
These are the currently published subscription prices, not a total implementation quote. Enterprise pricing is custom. The full pricing page lists capacity, features and support allocation and also provides fixed USD prices. The USD prices are separate list prices, not live INR currency conversions.
Account for devices and connectivity
A browser-based staff workspace still needs suitable devices and a working network. Decide whether existing reception computers and a shared display are enough before purchasing dedicated kiosk equipment. Include stands, power, placement and ongoing device management if you do need a kiosk.
For QR check-in, test the printed code and the real visitor journey. Do not assume that a local development address works on a customer’s phone, or that the system continues offline unless that capability is explicitly demonstrated.
Separate messaging and integration costs
WhatsApp integration support is not the same as an unlimited messaging allowance. A business sender, approved templates and consent are prerequisites; provider charges may apply. Ask who maintains the integration and what is included in the software plan.
Similarly, an integration with an existing hospital, lab, appointment, repair or government system needs a defined scope. List the data, direction of transfer, error handling and ownership. Do not assume that storing a document or recording a payment is the same as a live system integration or payment gateway.
Clarify rollout and ongoing responsibilities
Request a written breakdown of configuration, training, data migration, custom work, hosting and support where relevant. Plan for staff time spent testing and adopting the new workflow, even when training help is included in the subscription.
Before real personal data is used, review access, backups, restore testing, retention and support escalation. The current Ado Q trial is for fictional evaluation data; production requirements should be discussed before purchase or rollout.
A practical request-for-quote checklist
- Industry, service flow and number of locations.
- Staff access and expected daily arrivals, including peaks.
- Appointment, walk-in and visitor self-check-in needs.
- Record fields, documents, reports and exports.
- Devices, displays and notification channels.
- Required integrations and any migration scope.
- Billing period, currency, taxes, renewal and support terms.
Use the buyer’s guide to turn this list into a demo script. A well-scoped quote is more useful than a seemingly low price with unclear limits.
