ADOQ FOR CLINICS

A busy reception.
A calmer clinic.

Bring walk-ins, appointments and returning patient records into one shared workspace for your reception team and practitioners.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

The next patient should not mean starting from scratch.

An appointment runs over. A walk-in arrives. A returning patient needs their previous notes. The front desk needs to see what is happening without interrupting every consultation.

FROM DAILY FRICTION TO A CLEARER FLOW

Where AdoQ helps.

Practical tools for the moments your team handles every day.

01 / THE CHALLENGE

Appointments and walk-ins collide

WITH ADOQ

One desk, one view of arrivals

Register scheduled visits and walk-ins, check people in and manage who is waiting from the counter workspace.

02 / THE CHALLENGE

Reception keeps asking whether the doctor is ready

WITH ADOQ

Make queue changes visible

Call the next patient, pause a queue when a consultation takes longer, and resume it when the practitioner is ready.

03 / THE CHALLENGE

Previous visit details are hard to find

WITH ADOQ

Keep the history with the person

Open visit history, clinical notes, referrals and uploaded documents from the patient profile. Enable permanent IDs to help identify returning patients.

IN YOUR TEAM’S DAY

From a first hello to a familiar face.

A suggested workflow you can adapt to your service points and staff responsibilities.

  1. 01

    Register

Find the patient or create a new record. Add this visit to the consultation queue.

  2. 02

    Keep them informed

Share the private queue-status link so the patient can check their place and estimated wait.

  3. 03

    Consult with context

Review previous visits and record the practitioner’s notes and recommendations.

  4. 04

    Continue the story

Record payment entries and keep the completed visit available for the next appointment.

For reception

Know who has arrived, who is waiting and which queue is paused without piecing together messages.

For practitioners

Open the patient’s context in one place and leave clear notes for the next visit.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more
clarity.

Can we use this for a small single-doctor clinic?

Yes. Start with the consultation queue and staff access you need. Additional queues and custom fields can be configured as your workflow changes.

Will patients get an exact appointment time?

Queue status shows an estimated waiting time, not a guaranteed consultation time. Delays and changes in service affect the estimate.

A clear fit starts with a clear scope.

AdoQ supports staff-entered clinical records and queue operations. It does not diagnose, triage patients or make treatment decisions. The current trial is a test environment: use fictional information only.
