ONLINE CONSULTATIONS

Keep the conversation.
Even from a distance.

Not every follow-up needs to start at the reception desk. Bring an in-app consultation and the information recorded around it into the same workspace.

A BETTER EVERYDAY

A follow-up should not lose the context.

Whether it is a clinician speaking with a patient or a service specialist advising a customer, the conversation needs a clear purpose and a useful record. Ado Q connects consultation management with notes and next steps.

01

Set up the consultation workflow

Enable consultations in the main Settings and configure the module for your team. Manage the consultation without requiring it to belong to a department queue.

02

Connect through the app

Use the in-app calling workflow for remote conversations. Test participant devices, permissions and network conditions before relying on calls in daily operations.

03

Keep the outcome useful

Record why the consultation happened, the recommendations and payment status. Keep notes clear enough for a future follow-up with the person.

HOW IT FITS TOGETHER

One clear step
after another.

  1. 01

    Prepare

Identify the person and the reason for the consultation.

  2. 02

    Connect

Join the in-app conversation using the configured calling flow.

  3. 03

    Continue

Record recommendations, payment status and the next step.

Try it around your actual workflow.

Bring one everyday service scenario to your demo: who arrives, who handles the visit and what information needs to follow them. We’ll walk through the relevant controls and discuss your staff roles, devices and selected plan. Start with a small evaluation using sample records before planning a wider rollout.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more
clarity.

Is every medical consultation suitable for an online call?

No. Qualified practitioners must decide whether remote care is appropriate and follow applicable professional requirements. Ado Q does not make that clinical decision.

Are calls guaranteed on every network?

No. HTTPS, browser permissions and appropriate relay/network configuration matter. Test real devices and networks before rollout.

Does this automatically record calls or issue prescriptions?

Do not assume automatic call recording or prescribing. This feature describes in-app consultations and staff-entered notes, recommendations and payment status.
