Understand each product's starting point

Qwaiting describes appointment booking, digital signage, self-registration kiosks, operational dashboards and multilingual voice as part of its offering. It also describes single sign-on. Check the chosen plan rather than treating this product-level list as a promise of Starter availability. See Qwaiting's product overview.

Ado Q connects client and patient profiles, records and visit history to appointments, queues and supported consultations. Healthcare is a primary use case, alongside service centres and public-service teams. Payment entries in a record should not be mistaken for a payment-gateway transaction.

Test the reception handoff

Use two fictional arrivals in the demonstration. The first is a returning person with an appointment. The second is a new walk-in requesting another service. Ask to see how reception locates or creates the right profile, assigns the visit and communicates the next step.

Then move one visit to another staff member. Check whether the required context stays available and whether the visitor's public status stays understandable. A system that works well for a single reception operator may still need configuration for a handoff between desks.

Check the report after the visit

Complete the sample visits and review the reports. Ask what starts and stops a waiting-time measurement, how a cancellation differs from a no-show and which staff can see the results. The purpose is to understand your service, not just to confirm that an “analytics” tab exists.

Also test what happens if a visitor cannot use a phone or touchscreen. A staffed arrival route remains important even when self-service works well. Match the hardware and display to the physical reception space rather than selecting a subscription first and assuming every device will fit.

Choose on demonstrated scope

Ado Q's entry price may be useful for a smaller team, but the decision should depend on the workflows actually demonstrated. Ask Qwaiting to identify the plan covering each required function, and ask the same of Ado Q. Keep unreleased Ado Q WhatsApp automation outside the committed scope until it is available.

Request an Ado Q demo with your appointment, walk-in and handoff scenarios. Use the same scenarios when evaluating alternatives.
