Compare the service journey

Qmatic's customer journey offering describes appointment management, queues, remote mobile tickets, QR and kiosk check-in, notifications, virtual meetings, feedback and analytics. It serves sectors including healthcare, finance, retail and public services. Its scope extends beyond a waiting-room ticket display. See Qmatic customer journey management.

Ado Q brings client and patient information together with appointments, queues, kiosks, visit status, staff coordination and supported online consultations. Its record workflow is relevant when the team needs context about a returning person as well as visibility of today's arrivals. This is not a claim that Ado Q replaces every enterprise system or specialist clinical application.

Make the rollout requirements concrete

Describe the first location in detail: staff count, services offered, busiest arrival period, reception devices and the information staff need. Then describe what must be shared if you add another location. Do not assume that an account, a location and a queue are interchangeable units across products.

If an existing scheduling or identity system is essential, write down the exact connection and who will maintain it. Ask both vendors to confirm compatibility and implementation responsibility. A feature labelled “integration” is not a guarantee that your specific system is supported.

Request a comparable commercial scope

Ado Q's Foundational plan is listed at ₹2,500 per month or ₹24,000 per year for five staff users and 100 daily visitors. Higher-capacity plans should be evaluated when those limits do not match the operation.

Request a written Qmatic quote for the corresponding rollout. Include software, devices, installation, training, integration work and ongoing support in both proposals. Do not compare an Ado Q entry subscription with an assumed total for a larger deployment. Hardware can be discussed with Ado Q, but its device package and subscription bundle should be specified in the quote.

Run a pilot with acceptance criteria

Choose a small set of outcomes you can observe: a returning visitor is recognized, a booked arrival joins the correct service, staff can transfer a visit, the public display gives the correct destination and the final report reflects what happened.

Add practical checks for your reception: accessibility, network interruptions, device placement and the route for visitors who need staff assistance. These are test requirements, not assumptions about what either product guarantees.

For Ado Q, exclude unreleased WhatsApp automation from the acceptance criteria until customer availability is confirmed. For either vendor, require a demonstration of any capability that is essential to launch.

Bring your service workflow to an Ado Q demo. Use the same requirements when speaking to Qmatic so the final decision reflects your operation rather than two different sales presentations.
